How do I add apps to MasterDock?
Simply drag and drop any application from your Applications folder or Finder directly onto the MasterDock. The app will automatically appear in the dock section where you dropped it.
Can I create folders in MasterDock?
Yes! To create a folder, drag one app icon on top of another. This will automatically create a folder containing both apps. You can continue adding more apps to the folder by dragging them onto it.
How do I enable multiple dock sections?
Go to Settings > General Settings > Dock Layout and select either "Double" for 2 sections or "Triple" for 3 sections. The Triple dock feature requires MasterDock Plus or the Editor Plugin.
What are the widget options?
MasterDock offers three types of widgets: Clock Widget (shows time and date), Weather Widget (displays current weather conditions), and System Monitor Widget (shows CPU, RAM, and other system metrics). You can enable these in the Add-ons section.
How do I restore the system dock?
If you want to restore the original macOS dock, go to Settings and click "Reset and Close" or use the menu bar icon to select "Show System Dock". Your settings will be preserved for when you return to MasterDock.
What's included in MasterDock Plus?
MasterDock Plus includes all three premium plugins (Social, Expert, and Editor), triple dock support, advanced spacing controls, custom themes per dock section, unlimited folders, and priority support.

🔧 Troubleshooting

MasterDock is not starting
1. Make sure you're running macOS 13.0 or later
2. Check System Settings > Privacy & Security and allow MasterDock
3. Try restarting your Mac
4. Reinstall MasterDock from the App Store
Apps are not launching from MasterDock
Ensure MasterDock has the necessary permissions in System Settings > Privacy & Security > Accessibility. You may need to remove and re-add MasterDock to the list.
Weather widget not showing data
1. Check your internet connection
2. Verify location permissions are enabled
3. Try entering your city name manually in Settings > Add-ons > Weather
